It’s been a muggy day today, with very little sunshine, although there was a brief showing around 5 pm. I like Fridays as I finish work at 12 pm and have the afternoon free. I took Archie for a good walk, then came back and tidied up after the builders – getting some major repair work done!
Then had some time to concentrate on my art work. I’m doing some abstract stuff with coloured pencils, experimental things. May not work, but I’m having fun trying.
This evening I have updated this site with more of my older artwork, while listening to Frank Sinatra on Spotify. I’d forgotten how much I like his voice; his early voice that is. I love his stuff from the 1940s and 1950s. After that, his style got too hip, man…
I didn’t win the Euromillions tonight either – £140 million would have helped a bit. Could have retired and become a full time artist! Ah well, maybe next week.
